We want you to be completely satisfied with your MYCRO products. If something isn’t right, we’ll make it simple to fix.
Returns Window
Returns are accepted within 180 days of the original purchase date for a full refund or exchange.
Eligibility
• Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
• Returns are accepted for products purchased directly from mycro.com.au.
If you bought through a retailer, please contact them directly.
• Items can be new, slightly used, or even finished, but packaging and batch details on the label need to be intact.
How to Start a Return
1. Email info@mycro.com.au with your order number and item details.
2. We’ll confirm return eligibility and provide the return address.
3. Pack and post your item securely. We recommend a tracked service.
Returns are made by mail only.
Refunds
• Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we’ll process your refund within 2 business days.
• You’ll receive an email confirmation once your refund has been issued.
Depending on original payment method, there may be an additional processing time for the refund.
Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange an item, please contact us before sending your return so we can reserve stock.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll arrange a replacement at no cost.
