Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We're a small business and customer satisfaction is extremely important to us, and we always work hard to make sure our customers are happy with their orders. But, we're only human and mistakes can happen!

We accept returns under the following circumstances:

 

60-Day Money-Back Guarantee 

We stand behind the quality and effectiveness of our products. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have up to 60 days from the date of delivery to request a full refund. 

How it works:

  • Try It Risk-Free: Use the product as directed for at least 30 days. If you don't notice any benefits, you can initiate a return.
  • Request a Refund: Contact us within 60 days of receiving your order by emailing info@mycro.au with your order number and reason for the return.
  • Return the Product: We'll provide instructions on how to return the product. Once we receive it, we'll process your refund promptly.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and the guarantee applies only to your first purchase of each product.

 

Received the wrong item?

If we’ve sent you the wrong product, we apologise! Please let us know as soon as possible by shooting us an email with a photo and we will send out the correct item or issue a refund if requested.

 

Item Damaged?

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@mycro.au with your order number and a photo of the item. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

 

Changed your mind?

If you ordered the wrong product or changed your mind after ordering, please let us know as soon as possible and we will fix the order providing it hasn’t been sent out. If it’s already been sent out, you may return the product for a refund (excluding the shipping cost). Once the item has been inspected and confirmed to be undamaged and in it’s original condition, a refund will be issued.
