MYCRO Challenge Terms and Conditions
1. Introduction
By participating in the MYCRO Challenge, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions. The Challenge is organised by Precision Mycology Pty Ltd trading as MYCRO (“the Promoter”), based in Australia.
2. How to Enter
To enter the MYCRO Challenge:
• You must opt-in by providing your email address and answering a few short questions.
• You must purchase or be a current purchaser of any MYCRO products.
• Upon entry, you agree to participate in two short surveys: one on Day 30 and another on Day 60 of your participation.
3. Eligibility
• The Challenge is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or older.
• Employees, contractors, and their immediate families of Precision Mycology Pty Ltd are not eligible to participate.
4. Challenge Period
• The Challenge begins on 28 December 2024. Each participant will have an individual end date relative to when they opt-in, which will be 60 days from their opt-in date.
• Participants who complete the necessary steps within their 60-day window will be eligible for the prize draw.
5. Prizes
• Ten (10) top prizes of a one-year supply of MYCRO.
• One (1) six-month supply of MYCRO.
• One (1) three-month supply of MYCRO.
• Ten (10) “exclusive packs” of MYCRO, each containing a one-month supply.
The prize of a “year supply,” “six-month supply,” or “three-month supply” refers to the amount of MYCRO product that would be required based on the daily recommended serving for each product that a winner chooses.
Prizes will consist of any available MYCRO products at the time of the winner’s selection. Participants will be able to choose from available varieties at the time of winning, but prizes will exclude multiple sizes or different carrier liquids of the same variety.
Throughout the prize period it is likely that the Promoter will release new products. Winners may be asked if they wish to change undelivered portions of their prize to include the new products, however the Promoter is not obliged to fulfil this.
6. Prize Draw
• Winners will be randomly drawn from valid participants who have completed the required steps (opt-in, purchase, and surveys).
• The draw will take place weekly, starting from 26/2/25 (60 days after 28/12/24). The Promoter reserves the right to issue as many prizes in a given week as they desire. The prize draw will be conducted in a fair and transparent manner.
• Prizes are not transferable, and no cash alternative will be offered.
7. Winner Notification
• Winners will be notified via the contact details provided at the time of entry.
• If a winner does not respond to the notification within 14 days, the prize may be forfeited, and a new winner will be drawn.
8. General Conditions
• The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the Challenge and these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be notified to participants.
• The Promoter is not responsible for any technical issues, including loss of contact details, emails, or access to the Challenge, which may prevent entry or communication.
• By participating in the Challenge, you consent to the Promoter using your contact details to communicate prize information and other promotional offers.
• The Promoter is committed to protecting your privacy and will handle your personal data in accordance with the Australian Privacy Principles.
9. Liability
• To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Promoter excludes all liability for any loss, damage, or injury arising from participation in the Challenge or the acceptance of any prize.
• This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, any social media platform, including Facebook, Instagram, or others.
10. Compliance with the Law
The MYCRO Challenge will comply with all relevant Australian consumer protection laws, including the Australian Consumer Law under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010.
11. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the state of Western Australia, Australia.
