PRICE COMPARISON

Whilst we’re into all things scientific, we’re not huge fans of crunching numbers all day. But when we ran the math on how our prices now compare to the “legacy mushroom brands”… we felt we should share it with you so you don’t have to do the brain-work.

If we’re looking at quality and transparency, we shouldn’t even be wasting time comparing ourselves to “the leading tincture brand”—but we still have a long way to go in getting everyone onto our all-Australian mushroom goodness.

 

There isn’t a huge difference between our individual small bottles:

Our 30 mL bottle = $33 + $10 shipping = 30 servings = $1.43 per day

Their 60 mL bottle = $34.95 + $10.33 shipping = 30 servings = $1.51 per day

So we’re now 5% cheaper.

 

The larger bottles, however:

Our 100 mL bottle = $50 + $10 shipping = 100 servings = $0.60 per day

Their 120 mL bottle = $52.95 + $10.33 shipping = 60 servings = $1.05 per day

So we’re now 42.5% cheaper.

 

We won’t go into every single multipack, but if you go for our big six-pack vs their’s:

Our 100 mL six-pack = $259 = 600 servings = $0.43 per serve

Their 120 mL six-pack = $281.75 = 360 servings = $0.78 per serve

So we’re now 45% cheaper.

You can now also head into larger health food stores across the country and find MYCRO—minus the $10 shipping you’d get on orders under $100 (smaller stores incoming in 2025).

Those numbers speak for themselves: we scaled up, reduced costs, and instead of keeping the extra margin, we passed the savings back to you.

P.S. because I can’t help myself.

We don’t want to be petty. But there’s another “legacy brand” trying their hardest to mislead consumers at the moment with their AI generated images claiming rice-based powders and capsules are better than extracts—and we don’t like people misleading consumers. So for good measure here’s a single look at how we weigh up on price with “similar” items:

Their “Best Value” 3x 120 Lion’s Mane capsules = $189.60 = 90 serves = $2.11 per day

Our 3x 30 mL Lion’s Mane = $89 + $10 shipping = 90 serves = $1.10 per day
