The AM Bundle brings together three of nature’s most energising and cognitively supportive mushrooms, Lion’s Mane, Cordyceps, and Maitake, each cultivated through precision-controlled processes that replicate their natural environments while maximising bioactive concentration.

Lion’s Mane is cultivated at our solar-powered farm in Ballarat, Victoria.
To mirror its saprophytic nature, feeding on dead hardwoods in the wild, we use a sterilised substrate of Australian hardwood sawdust blended with nitrogen-rich lupin hulls, two organic agricultural byproducts. Once inoculated with Hericium erinaceus mycelium sourced from leading culture banks, the substrate is incubated under carefully regulated humidity, airflow, and temperature until it is fully colonised. The blocks are then transferred to fruiting rooms designed to evoke a forest floor, cool, oxygen-rich, and softly lit. When the cascading spines reach around 10 mm, each mushroom is harvested at peak maturity and processed immediately for extraction, with the spent substrate composted back into the soil.

Cordyceps militaris is cultivated at our Western Australian facility under the guidance of George Stone, home to Australia’s first and largest Cordyceps farm.
Unlike wood-loving species, C. militaris thrives in a nutrient broth that mimics the chemistry of its natural insect host. Our vegan, organic growth medium combines this broth with Australian brown rice, forming a clean, sustainable matrix for fruiting. The mycelium is incubated in precisely controlled temperature and oxygen conditions, forming dense, cordycepin-rich networks before the distinctive orange fruiting bodies emerge. Once mature, each batch is harvested and is traceable from spore to extraction, ensuring full life-cycle integrity and bioactive potency.

Maitake, or “Hen of the Woods,” is cultivated at our Western Australian farm alongside Cordyceps.
This complex, cluster-forming species thrives in conditions that mimic the rhythm of the forest floor, with stable humidity, filtered light, and steady airflow. To recreate its native woodland habitat, we use a sterilised substrate of Australian hardwood sawdust and lupin hulls, replicating the nutrient composition of decomposing tree roots. After a four to six week incubation period, the colonised blocks are exposed to subtle shifts in temperature and oxygen to initiate fruiting. The resulting layered, frilled clusters, rich in beta-glucans, are harvested at their densest formation, signalling peak bioactive concentration.

Together, these cultivation practices combine renewable energy, regenerative materials, and scientific precision, producing mushrooms that embody the AM Stack’s purpose: focus, endurance, and sustainable vitality from the ground up.
