Shipping Policy

We ship all orders Australia-wide from our Sydney facility via Australia Post.


Order Cut-Off Time

• Orders placed before 12:00 PM (AEST), Monday to Friday, are usually processed and dispatched the same business day.
• Orders placed after 12:00 PM (AEST) or on weekends/public holidays are processed on the next business day.


Handling Time

• 0–1 business day handling time.
• Orders are prepared for shipment as soon as possible after payment confirmation.

As the growers and processors of our products, occasionally there will be slight delays. We will communicate these if necessary.

 

Transit Time

• Deliveries are made Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).
• Estimated delivery times:
• Standard, metro areas: 2–4 business days
• Express, metro areas: 1-2 business days
• Standard, egional areas: 4–9 business days
• Express, regional areas: 2-7 business days
• Delivery timeframes may vary due to Australia Post delays or public holidays.

 

Shipping Methods & Carriers

• All orders are shipped via Australia Post using tracked delivery.
• You’ll receive a tracking number by email once your order has shipped.


Shipping Costs

• Free standard shipping on all orders over A$75.
• Orders under $75.00 incur a flat rate of $10.00.
• Express Post upgrades are available at checkout for an additional A$5.

 

Delivery Area

• We currently ship to all locations within Australia only.

 

Currency

• All prices and shipping costs are listed in AUD (Australian Dollars).

If your delivery is delayed beyond the estimated timeframe, please contact info@mycro.com.au with your order number and tracking ID so we can assist.
