Week 1 adding 1 full dropper from each of all six viles to around 500ml of water. I noticed minimal to no difference in the body's day to day function initially though felt gradually more alert at work and awake while driving. After a long weekend of late night driving long distances followed by heavy physical long days at work for week's 2 and 3, my recovery after sleep was noticeably better and all cold/flu/sinus symptoms that had ensued from previous weekend shenanigans were cast aside in a matter of 2 to 3 days rather than the the 1 to 2 weeks I would usually come to expect from such abuse on previous occasions.
Initially in week 1 I was just opening the bottle and emptying dropper in to a glass of water but upon closer inspection noticed that shaking the little bottle first stirred up the contents and have been applying this method before use every day since.
Would love to see this product become a little cheaper for prolonged purchase throughout the year or larger individual viles from 30ml to 40ml or even 50ml.
Looking forward to purchasing again the moment I can afford to do so.
